A blend of active and slow evaporating solvents, primarily serves as retarder for the acrylic and lacquer systems. Also enhances good flow, leveling and gloss.

USES
Occasionally added to acrylic and lacquer paints to eliminate "blushing" or "whitening" during rainy or bad weather condition.
