SPHERO Concrete Neutralizer

A highly reactive neutralizing solution that assures good adhesions and helps to eliminate surface staining and paint failures caused by efflorescence. It neutralizes and forms and effective barrier against alkali that migrates on masonry surfaces. 
USES
Recommended for use before painting interior / exterior concrete, stucco, masonry and plaster surfaces.

* Clear liquid ( Water White Color )
