Solana Homes : San Fernando

Our presentation for Solana Land, a housing developer with projects in San Fernando, Pampanga, was held at one of the units under construction at the Solana Homes 3 in San Fernando. This was arranged as such so that samples of our products, namely, Sphero Hypertone, and Tuff Seal elastomeric paint , among others could be applied directly onto the wall of the unit under construction. 

• A second foreman followed suit, this time applying the Hypertone Latex Paint and similarly noticed the thick consistency difference of our paint with those he have used previously.  The second topcoat of Tuff Seal was applied by the first foreman and set to dry, and that became the “clincher”, that indeed our paint product just requires 2 topcoats to effectively cover the substrate. 

• The presentation started with Nick Francisco doing the introduction, soon followed RHM.  In attendance were contractor foremen , painters, engineering and purchasing personnel of Solana Land. 

• JJA pitches in to do a more direct technical spiel in the use of our products, having our paint products applied directly onto the wall of the unit, which was a more suitable method for the situation at hand.    

• Technical Specialist Gary Encontad demonstrates the proper application system in the use of our Tuff Seal Elastometric Paint.  A foreman was then volunteered to continue the application of the first coat and immediately noticed the thickness of our paint or in their linggo “makatawan ang pintura
• JJA is all smile as the Engr. Ramon Valerio, Purchasing Manager and nephew of the owner of Solana Land, Paolo Valerio, and his staff agree in unison that indeed our products are definitely better than those that they have used previously.  Hopefully this should be the start of a good “Win-Win” business relationship between Solana Land and Globesco.
